Two-slide CNC Thread Rolling Machine Design Principle
To process higher-quality workpieces, its feed method is upgraded from single-slide to two-slide, placing the workpiece between two rollers. During operation, left and right slide rollers move toward and roll the workpiece simultaneously, ensuring uniform rolling pressure on both sides and avoiding precision loss from workpiece deflection in one-way feed. It also enables better clamping/positioning for axial feed, facilitating automated loading/unloading to enhance workpiece stability and precision. 1. Specifically designed for high-precision workpieces, especially shaft parts processing, such as ball screws, worm gears, and gear rolling densification.
2. The feed and transmission power sources are driven by servo motors, facilitating adjustment and data collection.
3. The feed part uses a servo motor to drive the RV reducer and planetary roller screw, increasing the machine's torque and durability. Typically, other machines use ball screws, but our planetary roller screw output is 5-10 times that of ball screws.And the accuracy of the workpiece is ensured through the detection of the grating ruler.
4. Transmission part:
   A) The S30CNC uses a servo motor directly connected to a high-quality planetary reducer to drive the roller shaft, ensuring the roller shaft's operating precision and operability.
   B) The S50CNC & S70CNC have increased transmission torque compared to the S30CNC, Two servo motors are used to brake the two roller shafts in the gearbox, which are connected by a cage drive shaft. This improves the traditional transmission shaft's uneven speed characteristics and ensures smoother operation.
5. The human-machine interface makes operation easier and more user-friendly.
6. Since the workpiece is located on the middle feeding component, connecting to automation is more convenient, fast, and simple.
