The machine adopts dual V-shaped guideways at both the front and rear. The guideway surfaces are precision-scraped to ensure smooth sliding, stable movement, and strong wear resistance. For XD150 and XD400 models, special resin-coated guideways are available, providing improved durability, excellent precision retention, and flexible, easy operation during long-term grinding work.
The spindle motor is designed for vibration-free and low-noise operation, helping improve the grinding environment and maintain stable surface quality. Reduced vibration is especially important for precision surface grinding, mold finishing, and parts requiring fine surface roughness.
The machine is equipped with a high-precision sleeve-type spindle using four precision angular contact ball bearings. After strict measurement and preload selection, the spindle is assembled in a temperature-controlled room to ensure stable spindle performance and high assembly accuracy.
